Maputo — On August 20th and 21st, the president of the CTA, Rogerio Manuel, accompanied by the Vice-Presidents and the Executive Council, has made working visits to members of the CTA in the provinces of Sofala and Manica.
The visits aimed to gather members' concerns and constraints they face in everyday life to create a better business environment in Mozambique and, in particular, in each province. Visits to other provinces will be conducted in the months of September and October. During this mission, the president of the CTA has demonstrated his interest in finding appropriate solutions to the problems presented by ensuring that the public-private dialogue aimed to stimulate reform at the provincial and national levels.
These concerns, among others, will be presented at the Eighth Extended Consultation Council, a biannual meeting between the CTA and the Prime Minister, which will take place on September 5.
