Micro and Small Enterprises (MSEs) across the country saved over 3.4 billion Birr during the concluded budget year, the Federal MSEs Development Agency said.
Public relation and communication director with the Agency, Asefa Ferede told ENA that the stated sum exceeded the target, which was 2.5 billion Birr, by 900 million Birr.
The Director said that the stated amount saved during the reported period also increased by 1.9 billion Birr compared to the previous year.
Over 2.7 billion Birr loan was distributed among new and existing MSEs during the reported period (2005EC.), he said.
