Nigeria: 'FG to Give Out 50,000 Bags of Salt for Improved Leather Production'

The Federal Government is to give the members of The Allied and Leather Products Association of Nigeria (LAPAN) 50,000 bags of salt in order to improve the quality of leather in the country.

The chairman of the association, Alhaji Habibu Lawan Kofar Wambai, who disclosed this while on courtesy visit to the corporate headquarters of Media Trust, said the association had submitted the names of the intended beneficiaries to the Federal Ministry of Agriculture few days earlier adding that each of them is expected to get 10 bags of salt for preservation of raw skin.
