Jalingo — NEMA Head of Operations for Gombe office Jediel Apollos yesterday identified communities vulnerable to flooding in Taraba State and called on the government to build temporary camps for displaced persons.
Mr Apollos, who spoke in Jalingo during a one day workshop on flood risk awareness among vulnerable communities in the state, said climate change has resulted in extreme weather conditions.
