Zambia: Gay Activists Wife Demands Compensation for Condoms

Wife of Human Rights activist Pual Kasonkomona has demanded for compensation from the Zambia Police for confiscating eight packets of female condoms from her home when they raided their residence after her husband was arrested for idle and disorderly conduct.

Mary Phiri Kasonkomona said she had suffered as a result of the police action who have neglected to return the consignment thereby depriving her of usage.
