Tunis — The National Constituent Assembly (NCA) is to hold on September 17, 2013, a plenary session devoted to the examination of five draft laws, a statement of the NCA announces.
The first draft law concerns the adoption of the funding agreement signed last March 12 in Tunis between Tunisia and Qatar on the achievement of the 2nd part of the real estate complex Omar El Mokhtar, in Sidi Hassine Sijoumi in Tunis.
The second draft law (n°25/2013) concerns the adoption of a financial convention signed on December 20, 2012, in Tunis between the Tunisian Republic and the European Investment Bank (EIB) on the credit granted to the Tunisian state for funding the districts' rehabilitation project.
The third bill (n°63/2012), related to the finalisation of the law n°13 of the year 1994 dated January 13, 1994 providing for the practice of fishing activity.
The fourth draft law (n°29/2012) concerns the completion of the law n°34 of the year 1998, dated on May 23, 1998 and related to the organisation of the agricultural adviser profession.
The last bill (n° 80/2012) concerns the creation of an insurance association for sports people.
NCA president Mustapha Ben Jaafar announced on Thursday, in a television interview broadcast aired on the Wataniya 1 public TV channel that the resumption of the NCA works, suspended since August 6, 2013, will be gradual and the real start is due next week.
