Cairo: 11 September 2013 The Military Prosecution on Wednesday 11 September referred the journalist Ahmed Abu Deraa, a reporter in Al-Masry Al-Youm newspaper at North Sinai governorate, to Egypt's military court; after he was accused of broadcasting false information about the military on purpose. He disseminated false news about the armed forces and the results of their process in North Sinai, during storming Sheikh Zowaid villages on an Arab satellite channel; leading to weakening the confidence in the state and its prestige. The first session is fixed next Sunday, 15 September.
