Nigeria: World Bank to Support Youth Employment With U.S.$300 Million

Professor Foluso Okunmadewa, the Team Leader, World Bank Youth Employment and Social Support Operation (YESSO), said the bank had set aside $300 million to support existing structures on youth employment in Nigeria. The scheme is set for formal launch next month.

Okunmadewa said this at a youth orientation workshop organised by the World Bank in collaboration with the Federal Ministry of Finance on Tuesday in Abuja.
