Kenya: Calm in Kitui Market After Violence

Calm has returned at the Kitui town's Kalundu market five days after rival traders clashed. The violence which erupted on last Thursday led to deployment of armed police in the town.

The involved two rival fresh banana traders who source bananas from Kirinyaga, Embu and Meru and sell them to Kitui residents.
