Liberia: Mercenary Trial Disrupted

Legal proceedings into the Mercenary trial involving 18 Liberians were disrupted Tuesday at the Criminal Court "D" at the Temple of Justice on Capitol Hill.

The disruption started when heated arguments ensued between some of the defendants and a correction officer identified as Tarplah over reports that the Assistant Prison Superintendent is expected to serve as one of the rebuttal witnesses in the case.
