Two Dangme speaking tribes, Shai and Prampram in the Greater Accra region are hoisting red flags over a common boundary dispute near Afienya, on the Tema-Akosombo highway.
The leader of the Shai group, from the Gblaka family, Sipim Afedi Katamanso "Yilagbeye" (meaning fearless of fire) who moved to occupy the disputed track of land has rubbished a colonial boundary demarcation effected by Jackson's report of the 50s.
