National Assembly majority leader Aden Duale yesterday met with the members of the Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries committee allied to Jubilee coalition to rescind its decision to kick out chairman Ayub Savula (Lugari).
A committee member who did not wish to be named told the Star Duale summoned the MPs within Parliament Buildings "to save the situation from getting ugly or give Cord another chance to win the seat." However, others opposed the intervention saying the chairman was disrespectful even to the committee members.
