Nigeria: Legal Aid Council Holds Conference to Promote Free Legal Service

In its bid to sensitise legal practitioners on pro bono (free legal service) for the good of the public, the Legal Aid Council of Nigeria will today begin a two-day conference with the theme "Access to Justice: Advancing the Frontier of Pro Bono."

Dignitaries within and outside Nigeria in the legal profession are excepted to attend the conference aimed at promoting free legal services for indigent and charitable organisations in Nigeria.
