Gambia: King Colley Testifies in Mambanyick Njie's Case

Lamin King Colley, the former second vice president of the Gambia Football Association and a police officer on Tuesday testified as the fourth prosecution witness (PW4), in the ongoing criminal trial involving the state against Mambanyick Njie, the former Permanent Secretary at the Ministry of Youth and Sport at the Banjul Magistrates' Court presided over by acting Principal Magistrate Lamin Mbaye.

In his testimony in-chief, PW4 informed the court that he knew the accused person, who he said was the Permanent Secretary at the Ministry of Youth and Sports. He informed the court that he doesn't only work as a police officer but a sport administrator and also the former second vice president of The Gambia Football Association.
