The Suicide bomber who exploded himself at Village Restaurant in Mogadishu was a young man who was accused in Alshabab as a spy, sentenced to death penalty without his knowledge, but later convince to launch a suicide attack against the government target, though he targeted a public restaurant.
Mohyadin Abu Yasir, a former Alshabab commander who defected from the militant group after the killing of American Jihadist Omar Shafiq Hammami aka Abu Mansur Al Amriki and British National called Usama Al Britani, confirmed that Alshabab commanders tricked the young man to launch the suicide bombing.
