The United Guidance Youths for Development (UGYD) Monday celebrated its fifth anniversary at a ceremony held at the Kanifing Municipal Council multipurpose hall.
This year's celebration centred on the theme; "Moving from the culture of reaction to the culture of prevention through guidance and counselling". The celebration, which was dedicated to the secretary general and head of the Civil Service, and the minister of Presidential Affairs, Momodou Sabally and his wife, Jainaba Sarr Sabally, brought together150 participants drawn from the association and other youth organisations.
