Ghana: Kalabash Foundation Provides 28 Communities With Safe Drinking Water

Twenty-eight communities in the Upper East Region are now benefiting from safe drinking water, through the initiative of Kalabash Ghana Foundation, a local non-governmental organisation, based in Bolgatanga.

In an interview, the Chief Executive Officer of the Foundation, Mr. Justin Adonadaga, disclosed that between 2008 and 2012, the NGO has drilled eighteen boreholes in eighteen communities, while ten others also benefited from mechanised water systems.
