The Liberian Government, through the Public Works Ministry, has formally requested the Swedish Government's Agency for International Development (SIDA) to extend its feeder road rehabilitation projects to the south-east of the country, specifically in Grand Gedeh, River Gee, Maryland and Grand Kru Counties.
A release issued by the Public Works Ministry Monday quoted Deputy Minister for Rural Development and Community Services Christian G. Herbert as making a plea to the visiting Swedish Annual Review Mission (SARM) recently during a fact-finding and assessment tour of the counties in question.
