The participants in the Third Economic Africa-Republic of Ireland Forum happening in Dublin, recognized that Angola is a country of the future, whose economic potential presented in the past years have projected its image internationally.
This information was provided by 250 delegates present at the economic forum, including representatives of the 160 Irish companies and businesspeople of 23 African countries during an exhibition where each country presented its economic potential presented in brochures, posters, audiovisual materials and other relevant information that attract foreign investment in their respective countries.
According to participants, the Angolan economy is going through a good moment, with a robust growth of its Gross Domestic Product, supported by a strong fiscal system, an equilibrated balance of trade, a stable exchange rate and moderate inflation.
During the opening of the economic forum, the Angolan ambassador to Ireland, Miguel Gaspar Fernandes Neto, made a presentation of the general vision of the Angolan economy and its business opportunities.
The diplomat informed the participants that Angola is now a new country, more dynamic and secure, with political, military and economic stability and it is living the most prosperous moment of its history.
