The Municipal chief executive of Sunyani, Mr Kwasi Oppong Ababio has urged Ghanaians to complement government's efforts at improving infrastructure in the country by maintaining government facilities.
The MCE made the call today at separate durbars to commission 3 projects under the urban development grant (UDG). The three projects valued at GH₵178,854.08 included a sick bay at St. James Seminary and Senior High School, a CHPS compound at Yawhima and a 20 setter restroom facility at New Dormaa.
Mr Ababio said the projects were part of government's efforts at boosting healthcare delivery and also ensuring good sanitation practices to improve the overall health of the people for growth and development.
He, therefore, entreated the people to take good care of the facilities, maintain them and ensure they serve the purposes for which they were constructed.
