Egypt: Morsi to Stand Trial Before Criminal Court On November 4

Cairo's Court of Appeal will hold on November 4th first session of the trial of ousted President Mohamed Morsi and 13 of the Moslem Brotherhood (MB) leaderships on charges of killing, instigating killing, violence and thuggery against peaceful demonstrators last December in front of Ittihadeya Presidential palace.

A security source told al-Ahram that the trial will be held at Police Constables Institute in Tora, adding the courtroom is currently the being prepared after the bodies concerned recommended the trial be held at the Institute for its proximity to Tora prison.
