The Angolan Football Federation (FAF) rescinded on Friday in Luanda the contract with the national head coach, the Uruguayan Gustavo Ferrin.
This was said to the Angolan Public Television (TPA) by FAF's official for international relations and marketing, João Lusevikueno.
According to him, the termination of the contract was made in a friendly and cordial way.
After thanking the coach's understanding and commitment, the FAF official explained that the decision resulted from the incompliance of some objectives of FAF.
João Lusevikueno said that in the sequence of this situation, FAF paid four months of salaries earned by the Uruguayan.
Physical trainer of the national team, Nestor Rossano, was also sacked from his post.
Gustavo Ferrin had signed a two-year contract with FAF last July in 2012.
