The governor of the central Bie province, Álvaro de Boavida Neto has considered positive the physical and financial execution level of various economic programmes in the region, which led to the implementation of the local socio-economic projects.
The Governor, who was speaking to Angop Monday, said that the public investment programmes ( PIP ) reached between 61 to 92 percent of physical execution.
Boavida Neto said that the health and education decentralisation programme reached between 61 and 72 percent, while the physical and financial execution, stood at 69, 57 and 79 percent.
"Water for All" project and the construction of 200 houses, per municipality, physical and financial execution, were beyond 50, 100, 87 and 68 percent of materialisation degree.
In order to increase the percentage, Boavida Neto defended the need to focus on academic, vocational and technical training of staff, especially in municipal administrations and public institutions.
