The State Budget Bill for the year 2014 will be analysed and voted during a Parliament?s plenary session set for November 8 this year.
The document that contains the planning and global accounts of the Executive for each economic year, will be analysed during the first plenary extraordinary session of the 2nd Session of the 3rd Legislative Period of the Parliament set for Tuesday next week in Luanda.
The decision followed the 2nd Conference of the Parliamentary Groups leaders, chaired by the National Assembly (Angolan Parliament ) speaker, Fernando da Piedade Dias dos Santos.
The heads of the five parliamentary groups of the Parliament (ruling MPLA and opposition UNITA, CASA-CE, PRS and FNLA) have also agreed to hold another extraordinary plenary session on November 4.
According to the House's spokesperson, Emília Carlota Dias, the meeting of November 4 will focus on four points.
She added that the session will analyse and vote the report on the State Budget for 2013, including the final voting of the draft law on the juridical regime on the emission and management of the direct and indirect public debt.
Emília Carlota Dias added that the State Budget approval session will receive political statements from the leaders of the Parliamentary Groups.
The first Plenary Ordinary Session of the 2nd Session of the 3rd Legislative Period of the National Assembly took place on October 17, focusing on the presentation of the State Accounts Report. The document will be approved in November, and is being analysed by two specialised commissions of the Parliament.
