Malawi: Over 900, 000 Children Enrolled in CBCCs in the Country - Unicef

Lilongwe — Over 900, 000 children are receiving early learning and stimulation, protection, food and nutrition, and school readiness preparation in over 900 Community Based Care Centers (CBCCs) in the country according to United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF).

UNICEF representative, Mahimbo Mdoe, made the revelation during the launch of the 2013 National Early Childhood Development (ECD) 'Week' at Chimwemwe CBCC in Traditional Authority Kaphuka, Dedza.
