Angola participated this week in South Korea, at the global forum on e-governance, which served for comprehensive discussions of the role of governments and trends in the new era of new technologies .
The country was represented by the Secretary of State for Public Administration, António Paulo Rodrigues , Angolan ambassador to Republic of Korea , Albino Malungo and diplomats . António Paulo Rodrigues participated in the panel on government perspective, based on the analysis of the concepts of the theme of this forum, and met with the South Korean and the United Nations authorities linked to electronic governance. The Global e-Government Forum 2013 is co -organized by the United Nations and the Ministry of Public Administration and Security of South Korea , who was present with the minister, Yoo Jeong -bo . South Korea is the world leader in the field of e- Government system used to manage finance, fees, contracts, patent data and other administrative procedures and public records . The event took place on 22-23 October in Ilsan , north of Seoul, under the slogan " Smart Government Smart & Society: Openness, Sharing , Communication and Collaboration."
