The State secretary for Telecommunications, Aristides Safeca, said on Friday, in Luanda that the research and development which produce brands that valorize the competences of Angolan Citizens constitute one of biggest challenge of the national academy.
The Cabinet official who was speaking at the opening session of the computing science workshop, which is taking place under the topic "modern threats of the security of information systems", said that it is surmountable challenge if is based on the necessary investment , laboratories and qualification of human capital.
Regarding the Technologies, he said that in particular communication and information, the Angolan government drafted a strategy for this important tools in order to boost national development.
To this sector, the Head of Angolan government, José Eduardo dos Santos, has been approving important programmes that structure the country development guideline based on the National Development Plan for 2013/2017.
According to Aristides Safeca, Angola is congratulated on the fact of being a stage of many technical and scientific activities which make available new tools to boost national economy, besides the knowhow, technical skills in computing science domain, electronic communication and internet.
