Kenyan Girls 16 Times More Likely to Die Than Boys

Girls are 16% more likely to die than boys in Kenya. A report by Save the Children also shows that children living in rural areas are 15% more likely to die than their urban counterparts. Country director Duncan Harvey says the government should work on ways of ensuring all children have an equal chance of survival despite their backgrounds.
