Liberia: In Paynesville - Several Cold Stores Shut Down, Fined for Selling 'Rotten' Food

In continuation of a joint operation of the Sanitation, Environmental and Commercial Departments of the Paynesville City Corporation (PCC) on Friday, October 25, 2013 shut down and subsequently fined several cold storages for selling "rotten" fishes and other products.

The cold storages were also shut down and fined for what the PCC Management termed as "poor sanitary and environmental condition" as well the failure to pay municipal taxes.
