TWO senators have caution farmers across the country against misusing their tea payments commonly referred to as tea bonus. Charles Keter (Kericho) and Peter Mosistet (Kajiado)urged farmers to ensure to spend money wisely calling on them to give priority development projects.
The two leaders said that as the festive season almost starting, many farmers tend to forget urgent issues such as education and farming. Keter and Mositet spoke to the star yesterday after reports that scores of prostitutes had gone to tea, maize and wheat growing areas keen to grab part of the action. Tea bonus are expected to be paid this week.
