AFC Leopards winning ways continued to an eighth successive match after Allan Wanga's 80th minute penalty earned them a hard fought 1-0 win over relegation threatened Sony Sugar in a Kenya Premier League match at the City Stadium yesterday.
With the match looking to be headed for a barren draw, Paul Were and Sony defender Alfred Onyango tussled for the ball in the box with the ball looking to come off the hands of both players but referee Alfred Kirwa had no qualms about giving a penalty much to the chagrin of Sony coach Zedekiah Otieno and goalkeeper Wycliffe Kasaya.
