Carthage — President Moncef Marzouki received on Friday, at the Carthage Palace, the executive bureau members of the Permanent Conference of the African and French-Speaking Consular Chambers (CPCCAF), who underlined the importance of the holding of the 39th Conference in Tunisia (November 1-2) for them".
"This testifies to its important position at the international business spheres," they added.
They also underlined "Tunisia's key role in development of partnership relations between the African Chambers of Commerce and Industry and their European counterparts," voicing "trust in business environment and in Tunisia's aptitude to overcome political and security challenges," a statement of the Presidency of the Republic reads.
CPCCAF president Albert Yuma-Mulimbi said he had extended to President Marzouki the expression of solidarity of the African businessmen, present in the conference, with Tunisia and its people, "in this crucial phase of its transition process." The public-private partnership will have the best impact on the future of the Tunisian economy, he added.
