Kenya: As Botswana Woman Is Fined for 'Immorality' Japanese Don't Want Sex

Extra-marital affairs have just got a bit more complicated in Botswana. In a ruling that could set a precedent, a court has ordered a woman to pay £4,000 (Sh540,000) for 'actively pursuing a married man'.

According to the Voice newspaper, Naledi Mogae sued Kemiso Dijokota for pursuing her husband while she was away on business. The paper reports that "Miss Dijokota would move in and act as a 'wife' in her absence."
