The High Court in Nakuru has lifted the suspension of Nyahururu Water and Sanitation Company managing director Joseph Theuri. Theuri was suspended by Laikipia county government.
The court ruled that suspension is unlawful. Nakuru judge Byrum Ongaya said the terms "stepping aside awaiting investigations" did not exist in Kenyan law.
