Nigeria: SA Life Returns to Profitability, Rakes in N2.88 Billion Premium

Standard Alliance Life Assurance Limited (SA Life), one of the exclusively life insurance companies in the country, raked in premium income totalling N2.88 billion in the last financial year ended December 31, 2012.

The firm returned to profitability last year, reversed the N246.23 million loss it suffered during the 2011 financial year and coasted home with a N336.07 million profit last year.
