Kenya: Four Kenyan Election Commission Officials Charged With Fraud

A Nairobi court on Thursday (November 7th) charged four members of the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) with fraudulently awarding a tender to an unqualified company during preparations for the general election in March, Kenya's Capital FM reported.

Aden Katello Adano, Kennedy Guanye Ochae, Abdi Elema Ali and Gabriel Mutunga are accused of altering the contents of a tender supplied by Solamark Technologies Limited to provide lanterns used during the election.
