Maputo — The South African High Commissioner to Mozambique, Charles Nqakula, on Wednesday stressed that Mozambique is safe for holidaymakers wanting to travel to Maputo or to the country's beaches.
Talking on the South African radio station “Radio 702”, Nqakula stressed that the prime cause of the current political instability is the former rebel movement Renamo.
