Kenya: Tikolo and Odoyo's Arrival Breathe New Life in the Squad

The return of veterans Steve Tikolo and Thomas Odoyo to the national cricket team has prompted healthy competition among the players, according to coach Robin Brown. Speaking at the team's training base at Ruaraka ahead of next week's World Twenty 20 qualifiers in UAE, Brown said the return to the crease by some of Kenya's best talent in the sport, has made the rest of the squad members work hard for a place in the team.

"I believe this good for the sport and will yield positive results. The two players have brought a lot of experience into the team and they are leading by example and this working out well for the rest of the squad," he said.
