Rwanda: We Want the League Title, Says APR Skipper Kodo

APR captain Ismail Nshutiyamagara alias Kodo has said that the army side are title favourites after beating archrivals and reigning champions Rayon Sports on Saturday at the overly packed Amahoro national stadium.

Midfielder Charles Tibingana Mwesigye scored a second half goal to earn maximum points to hand the record 13-times Rwandan champions a hard fought 1-0 win to move above the Blues into second place, four points behind leaders AS Kigali, who won 2-0 against Esperance at Stade de Kigali.
