Kenya: Ole Lenku Asks Governors to Help Police Fight Crime in Counties

Lenku yesterday asked governors to support the National Police Service by buying vehicles to boost their operations. He said for the counties to develop, security should be a priority.

Lenku was speaking in Nandi where he led government officers on a tour of areas recently hit by cases of murders by a group of suspected hit men, who are targeting managers of multi-national tea companies and traders.
