Kenya: Sick KCSE Candidate Passes On

A KCSE candidate at the St Benedict Budalangi Secondary School has passed away. 20-year-old Charles Musumba Wandera died on Sunday at the Port Victoria Hospital. He had been admitted at the hospital after he fell sick.

The school's deputy principal Charles Masakhalia said Musumba had been suffering from liver problems. "The student had been sitting exams before he was taken ill at Port Victoria hospital.He was left with three papers to go at the time of his death," Masakhalia said. He expressed sorrow at the incident saying death has robbed them of a very dedicated, hardworking and highly disciplined student.
