Kenya: Two Terror Suspects Gunned Down in Eastleigh

Nairobi — Police on Wednesday morning gunned down two suspected terrorists in Nairobi's Eastleigh estate and recovered a grenade and pistol. Nairobi County police commander Benson Kibui said officers were conducting an operation to track down a third suspect who managed to escape.

"We are going to ensure that we arrest him. The sad thing is that the suspects are young men aged 20 and 21 years," he said. Kibui expressed his gratitude to the public for their continued support to the police by offering information. "I am once again grateful to members of the public for giving us the information, together we will make our country safe," he exuded.
