A former AP officer is among 50 inmates at the Naivasha maximum prisons who began KCPE exams yesterday. Daniel Mutuko, who is serving a death sentence, said he is confident he will excel despite the challenges of being in prison.
Mutuko, 51, was arrested eight years ago. Of the 50 inmates, 17 are on death row while nine are serving life imprisonment with the remainder been on general sentences.
