THREE High Court judges have rejected an application by doctors to temporarily stop the devolution of health services to counties pending the judgment of a petition they have filed.
In a ruling, Judges Weldon Korir, George Odunga and Mumbi Ngugi yesterday said the suspension of the process will cause more confusion in the health sector. They said the best they can do is hurry up the delivery of the judgment. Through their lawyer Samuel Makori, the doctors and nurses said some counties have started processing the payroll for doctors yet the case is still in court.
