Nairobi — KENYA'S Chairperson of the Council of Governors, Isaac Ruto, has again accused the central government of alleged lack of commitment to the process of devolution.
Ruto, who is also the governor for Bormet County, cited education, health and roads among indicators pointing to an urgent need for an increase in the devolved functions.
