A yawning manpower gap estimated at eight million workers is to be filled in the next five years if Nigeria is to meet her infrastructure development aspirations, a report obtained exclusively by LEADERSHIP disclosed.
The power sector alone requires 17,000 technicians and engineers to generate, transmit and distribute 40,000 megawatts of electricity, the federal government said.
