Western Sahara: Human Rights Abuse in Sahrawi Occupied Territories - Morocco May Be Sued

Shaheed El-Hafedh — The Union of the Sahrawi lawyers plans to take legal action in Spain against Morocco for the "constant" abuses of human rights perpetrated against the Sahrawis in the occupied territories, said Friday its General Secretary, Aba Salek El-Haissan.

"We will take a legal action in Spain against Morocco for the incessant violations against the Saharawi occupied territories and for that we're gathering all the overwhelming evidences," the representative of the Saharawi lawyers said in an interview with APS.
