Egypt: Petroleum Minister - New Discoveries to Be Added to National Grid to Face Crises

Minister of Petroleum, Eng. Sheriff Ismail announced on Friday 22/11/2013 that the Belayim Petroleum Company (Petrobel) has discovered a new exploration site at the El-Temsah region in the Mediterranean Sea, called the "Tuna-6" field.

The Minister stated that production for the new exploration reaches 46 million cubic feet of natural gas daily, and its reserve from natural gas is estimated at 36 million cubic feet.
