Nigeria: Commission Writes Railway Over Skewed Recruitment

Kaduna — The Public Complaints Commission has written the Nigerian Railway Corporation over what it described as imbalance in the 2013 recruitment exercise conducted by the corporation, requesting to see the list of those employed.

A letter of complaint with reference number PCC/KD/C.376/2012/V.I/1A dated November 25, 2013, signed by the commissioner, Alhaji Muhammad Bello Maude and addressed to the Managing Director, Nigerian Railway Corporation, Ebute Meta, Lagos, which was made available to Daily Trust yesterday in Kaduna, said the commission received complaints through phone calls and visits by affected individuals.
