Congo-Kinshasa: Clark - "Concerns About New Use of Drones"

A new fleet of drones is set to make its first flight over the east of the Democratic Republic of Congo this week, an area where one rebel group, the M23, was recently defeated, but where many others still operate.

The Italian-built Falco drones, capable of carrying several types of high resolution sensors, will be used to monitor the movement of rebel groups.DW's  Isaac Mugabi talks to  Phil Clark - a lecturer in international politics at SOAS, University of London.
